Call For Papers
The Journal of Applied Research is the flagship journal of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Education, University of Brunei Darussalam. It is published annually. It brings together research and scholarly comment with a research focus in applied research in education on all areas of education and at all levels in Brunei Darussalam, the ASEAN Region and the wider world. There is no preference given to any particular methodology. Research reports, reviews, accounts of innovations in teaching and learning and commentary on significant developments in education are welcomed. Contributions in both English and Malay are invited. All contributions are reviewed by an international panel of reviewers before acceptance for publication.
Manuscripts should normally be 5000 words (incl. references), should be single spaced and should conform to the guidelines on style specified in the American Psychological Association (APA) Publication Manual. Details can be found at: http://apastyle .apa.org/
Manuscripts should include the title of the article, author’s name and institutional affiliation, full postal, fax and email addresses for correspondence on a separate title page. All indication of authorship must be confined to this page. Submission of a manuscript is taken to imply that the manuscript has not been previously published or is not being considered for publication elsewhere.
